Skaalen Retirement Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced *Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our team as a *Unit Manager*. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily nursing operations of your assigned unit while ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Manage and coordinate total nursing care for residents on your unit
* Complete assessments, care plans, and MDS documentation
* Oversee medication administration and treatments
* Lead admissions and discharge planning
* Conduct chart audits and ensure accurate documentation
* Support and supervise nursing staff, fostering a positive team environment
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
* Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Active *RN license* in the state of Wisconsin
* Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
* Passion for providing high-quality resident-centered care

Pay: $40.40 – $44.76 per hour
