With over 20 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care.

*Compensation: *Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

*RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:*
* Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
* Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
* Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
* Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
* Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
* Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
* Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
* Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
* Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty
* Minimum 1 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience a plus)
* Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
* Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)
Pay: $125,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
