What You’ll Do

Lead and support nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care

Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses

Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning

Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff

Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning

Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams

Maintain accurate documentation and high care standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN)

BLS Certification (AHA)

Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills
