Role and Responsibilities

Support the facility medical director in overseeing the clinical operations of the emergency department
Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
Mentor and support emergency department staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Assist in scheduling and other administrative duties as needed
