Seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) with a salary range of $65,000-$75,000/year and a $5,000 signing bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home-based care post-hospital discharge for patients with illnesses or chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assess patients, document progress, and communicate changes to physicians.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and safety.
  • Coordinate discharge and ensure care goals are met.

    • Required Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Active, unrestricted South Carolina RN license or multi-state license.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare, Med/Surg, or Critical Care.
