Job Description

This full-time Oncology Nurse Navigator position is based in Milwaukee, WI, within the Oncology Department.

  • Responsibilities include serving as a patient liaison across the care continuum, coordinating treatment efforts, analyzing outcomes, and supporting uninsured or underinsured patients.
  • Requirements include a valid RN license from Wisconsin, BLS certification preferred, and 3-5 years of oncology nursing experience. Certification within two years is encouraged.
