Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Seeking a Night Shift RN Supervisor for a skilled nursing facility in Minoa, NY.

  • Handle supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
  • Establish and implement employee policies and procedures.
  • Mentor less experienced nurses and provide clinical & career guidance.
  • Maintain care standards and review resident records and quality of care.
  • Monitor overall care and address resident or family questions and complaints.
  • Represent the unit to upper management.

    • Requirements include a valid NYS RN license, 2+ years of long-term care experience (preferred), 1+ year as a charge nurse, strong computer and communication skills, and a positive leadership attitude. The facility is located in Minoa, NY, and emphasizes compassionate, innovative care in a welcoming environment.
