Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in the Rehabilitation Unit, assisting recovery from surgery, illness, or injury.

  • Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimal resource allocation.
  • Respond to emergencies, implement protocols, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
  • Serve as liaison between staff, physicians, patients, families, and administration to ensure effective communication.
  • Uphold hospital policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor patient flow to optimize bed utilization.
  • Support and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Utilize specialized care plans and technology to improve patient outcomes.

    Qualifications include a current RN license, associates or bachelor’s degree, BLS certification within 30 days, ACLS/PALS within six months, and preferred one year of experience.
