Join an 11-bed ICU as a Registered Nurse, providing critical care for diverse diagnoses such as respiratory failure and sepsis.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatments, monitoring, and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Manage staffing, resource allocation, and patient flow to maintain care quality and efficiency.
Respond to emergencies, serve as a liaison among staff, patients, and families, and uphold policies.
