Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care, assessing patients and developing individualized care plans aligned with their needs and goals.
Supervises care activities of LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned units and shifts.
Communicates with the interdisciplinary team and reports patient concerns or condition changes promptly.
Qualifications include a current RN license, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN certification (preferred).
Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Must meet physical requirements such as lifting and repositioning patients and supplies.
Requires strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and independent work skills.
Works in a temperature-controlled, accessible environment, with potential for stressful situations and flexible scheduling, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Maintains reliable attendance, adheres to dress code and conduct standards, and promotes an inclusive, diverse workplace.
