Job Description

The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care, assessing patients and developing individualized care plans aligned with their needs and goals.

  • Supervises care activities of LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned units and shifts.
  • Communicates with the interdisciplinary team and reports patient concerns or condition changes promptly.
  • Qualifications include a current RN license, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN certification (preferred).
  • Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
  • Must meet physical requirements such as lifting and repositioning patients and supplies.
  • Requires strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and independent work skills.
  • Works in a temperature-controlled, accessible environment, with potential for stressful situations and flexible scheduling, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Maintains reliable attendance, adheres to dress code and conduct standards, and promotes an inclusive, diverse workplace.
