Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care, assessing patients and developing individualized care plans aligned with their needs and goals.
Supervises care activities performed by LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on the assigned unit and shift.
Communicates with the interdisciplinary team, reports patient concerns, and alerts physicians of changes in condition promptly.
Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN certification is a plus.
Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Must meet physical requirements, including lifting and repositioning patients and equipment.
Possesses strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills.
Works in a controlled, accessible environment, potentially under stress, with flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.
Adheres to attendance, dress code, and conduct standards, supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
