Job Description

Seeking full-time Nurse Supervisor roles for day and night shifts in a supportive, community-focused environment.

  • Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compassionate, personalized patient care and seamless procedural implementation.
  • Coordinate between administration, staff, and patients, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting recovery.
  • Develop care programs, monitor staff performance, and manage patient outcomes.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS within one year), with preferred Bachelor’s degree and recent inpatient hospital experience. Leadership experience such as charge nurse is required.
