Job Description
Seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for home risk assessments, including adult and geriatric evaluations, medical history, treatment, health education, and referrals.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, physicians, social workers, and caregivers.
Conduct assessments in home, SNF, and community settings.
Flexible scheduling available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Earn $2,000-$10,000 monthly based on assessments completed.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent, current RN and NP licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of NP experience (new grads encouraged).
Travel required to patient locations, valid driver’s license needed.
