Seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for PRN home risk assessments in Virginia. New grads are encouraged to apply and receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
Perform comprehensive assessments lasting up to an hour, reviewing health, medical history, medication adherence, and social factors.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, social workers, and caregivers, to improve patient outcomes.
Conduct assessments in various settings such as home visits and skilled facilities.
Earn from $2,200 to $11,000 monthly, based on completed assessments.
Flexible scheduling available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications include Master’s degree or equivalent experience, current licensure, board certification, and ability to travel.
Travel required to meet patients at their locations with valid driver’s license and insurance.
Benefits include mileage reimbursement and limited voluntary benefits; PRN providers do not receive full benefits.
