Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse II provides direct inpatient care, monitoring patient behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses, and reporting to RNs while executing care plans under supervision.

  • Full-time night shift with competitive shift differential; PRN pay at $30/hr.

  • Qualifications include current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR/BLS (ACLS if required), and at least one year of experience.

  • Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software; physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and reposition patients.

  • Skills include effective communication, critical thinking, time management, and independence.

  • Works in a temperature-controlled, accessible environment; may work under stress, weekends, holidays, and various shifts.

  • Maintains reliable attendance, adheres to dress code and conduct standards, and promotes a diverse, inclusive workplace.
