Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse II provides direct inpatient care, monitoring patient behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses, and reports findings to the registered nurse.

  • Full-time night shift position with competitive shift differential, PRN $30/hr.
  • Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR (BLS), and at least one year of experience.
  • Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office.
  • Must have physical ability to lift and reposition patients and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills; works independently.
  • Works in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment, with possible stressful situations.
  • Maintains reliable attendance, adheres to dress code and conduct standards, and may work varied shifts and holidays.
  • Supports a diverse, inclusive work environment and may perform additional duties as assigned.
