Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with 12-hour shifts (6 am – 6 pm or 6 pm – 6 am).

  • Provide direct patient care under supervision, observing vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
  • Work with diverse diagnoses including neurological, orthopedic, trauma, and cardiac conditions.
  • Assist patients in achieving discharge goals and returning to their daily lives.
  • Requirements include current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred inpatient or rehabilitation experience.
