Location: Home visits in designated team areas.
The Occupational Therapist provides patient assessments, therapy treatments, and patient/family education under supervision, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient function, administering treatments, monitoring progress, and instructing families.
Minimum qualifications: 6 months relevant OT experience, active BLS, valid driver’s license.
Preferred: Recent home health experience, Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
