Job Description

Full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist position offering up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, benefits from day one, paid days off, career development, and wellbeing resources.

  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to improve patients’ daily functioning and independence
  • Administer therapies, instruct patients and families, and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes
  • Coordinate care, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Requires minimum six months relevant OT experience, active BLS, valid driver’s license, and relevant credentials
  • Preferred candidates have recent home health experience and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy

    • Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with flexible hours, serving areas including W. Longwood, Lake Mary, Apopka, and Mt Dora.
