A well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join their team. Candidates must foster a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

• Required Qualifications: Must have a license and professional SNF experience; no new grads; COVID vaccine required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience; familiarity with Rehab Optima.
