Provide direct inpatient hemodialysis care, including assessments, personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
Build strong relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
Educate staff on hemodialysis standards, equipment, and patient care.
Work in a state-of-the-art dialysis suite utilizing advanced technology.
Qualifications include RN licensure, CPR, ACLS (within 1 year), 6 months dialysis experience, and preferred inpatient experience.
