Job Description

Seeking a compassionate RN with at least 1 year of dialysis experience to lead a vital hemodialysis program as a Program Manager.

  • Manage and supervise dialysis staff, ensuring safe, effective patient care following established policies and guidelines.
  • Represent the program within hospital and community settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Qualifications include current RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS certification within 1 year. Preferred credentials: CRRN.
  • Ideal candidates have inpatient hospital, dialysis, or rehab experience, strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills, and flexible availability.
