Job Description
Seeking a compassionate RN with at least 1 year of dialysis experience to lead a hemodialysis program as a Program Manager.
Responsibilities include overseeing program operations, implementing policies for safety and quality, supervising staff, and representing the program within hospital and community settings.
Must hold current RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within 1 year. Preferred candidates have CRRN certification and inpatient hospital or rehabilitation experience.
Key skills include excellent communication, organization, critical thinking, and independence. Availability for flexible shifts is required.
