Job Description
Seeking a compassionate RN with at least 1 year of dialysis experience to lead a vital hemodialysis program as a Program Manager.
Oversee and organize the hospital’s dialysis services, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
Supervise dialysis staff and implement policies for safety and quality.
Represent the program in hospital and community settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Must have current RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS certifications (ACLS within 1 year).
Preferred qualifications include CRRN certification and inpatient hospital experience.
