Seeking a compassionate RN with at least 1 year of dialysis experience to lead a hemodialysis program as a Program Manager.

  • Offer includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing program operations, implementing safety policies, supervising staff, and representing the program within hospital and community settings.
  • Qualifications: current RN license, CPR, ACLS within 1 year, preferred CRRN certification, strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
