Badger State Western is looking to hire Company Drivers, full time Class A CDL drivers, for OTR. Badger State Western has been specializing in LTL refrigerated transport since 1979, we maintain a fun, professional and competitive work environment. Company Driver options available, women and team drivers always encouraged to apply.

Drivers are required to have 2 years good driving experience. Badger State Western owns and operates its own refrigerated warehouse for the purpose of storage and crossdocking availability. Typical trips run Wisconsin to the western 11 states and back, LTL refrigerated freight, truckload and brokerage loads available.

We offer Late Model Equipment, a monthly Safety Bonus; Detention, Layover and Mechanical Breakdown pay. Monthly phone reimbursement, PTO, 401K, Vision and Dental Insurance. Life Insurance, DOT Medial Exams and 80% of Health Insurance premium all company paid.

Pay: $0.68 – $0.74 per mile
