Job Description

Seeking a temporary RN – Home Health in Marlborough, Massachusetts, for a 14-week contract at a Triage facility.

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, assessing health needs and developing care plans.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient progress according to physician orders.

  • Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.

  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and documentation.

  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

  • Ideal candidates will have current RN licensure, home health experience, and strong communication skills. This is a temporary role based in Marlborough, offering an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic setting.
