Position Summary: The Therapist will provide Intensive Family Preservation Services using the HOMEBUILDERS® model, focusing on crisis intervention and advocacy for families at risk of out-of-home placement.

• Meet families 3-5 times a week, offering flexible scheduling.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop intervention goals.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience with families; preferred Master’s in Human Services. Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.
