We are looking for a Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in Newport News, covering Gloucester, VA. The role involves implementing physical therapy standards of care, conducting assessments, and documenting patient information.

  • Qualifications: Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in VA, with preferred two years of experience, ideally in home health.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and computer skills (Allscripts/NetSmart preferred).
  • Responsibilities: Provide therapy services, assess patient needs, instruct caregivers, supervise assistants, and participate in discharge planning.

    • Education: Master’s preferred. CPR certification required. Pay starts at $38/hour. Schedule: Monday to Friday, on the road. Relocation to Gloucester, VA required.
