*Location:* North Hollywood, CA

*Position Overview:*
A Federally Qualified Health Center in North Hollywood, CA, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their outpatient team on a locum or locum-to-perm basis. This role focuses on delivering primary care and managing chronic diseases in a supportive, multi-specialty environment, serving patients of all ages.

* *Specialty:* Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM)
* *Board Certification:* Board Certified/Board Eligible
* *Licensure:* California license required (No IMLC)
* *Certifications:* DEA, BLS

*Schedule & Coverage:*
* *Dates of Coverage:* December – Ongoing, until a permanent provider is hired
* *Minimum Coverage:* 3 months
* *Work Hours:*
* Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
* Saturday rotation not required for locum providers
* *Call Requirements:* No call
* *Patient Volume:* Approximately 18-20 patients per day
* *Patient Demographics:* All ages or adult only, based on provider preference
* *Case Types:* General primary care, chronic disease management

*Support & Resources:*
* *Support Staff:* Medical Assistants (MAs)
* *EMR System:* Electronic Medical Records system (specific system TBD)

*Travel:*
* Travel is provided

*Interview & Credentialing Process:*
* *Interview Type:* Webex interview
* *Interview Availability:* Scheduled Medical Director (availability TBD)
* *Decision Timeline:* 1 week
* *Credentialing Process:* 3-4 weeks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110.00 – $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
