We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivatedPsychiatrist (BC/BE)to join our growing team and help shape the future of psychiatric care.

This unique opportunity offers a blend of traditional outpatient psychiatry andinnovative treatments including Ketamine therapyin a supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Highlights:

Flexible schedule:10'40 hours/week(part-time or full-time)
Outpatient medication management
Optional telemedicine services
Supervision of NPs/PAs (eligible for pay differential)
Collaborative team with administrative and clinical support
Focus on adults (ages 18'65)

Requirements:

MD/DO withBoard Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
Minimum1 year of post-training psychiatry experience
Active medical license (Multi-state preferred: VA, MD, WV, TN, KY, AL, AZ, NV, TX, FL, OH, CO)
IMLCC license preferred
DEA license (multiple states preferred; IMLCC license a plus)
Ability to supervise mid-level providers (optional)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $200+/hr (depending on experience)
