Job Description
The Wound Clinician provides wound care services following federal, state, regulatory, and company standards to ensure quality patient care.
Works under the Wound Care Coordinator, demonstrating strong communication skills, integrity, and effective collaboration with patients, families, physicians, staff, and outside agencies.
Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse, CPR certification, and preferred wound care management certification.
Minimum two years of wound care experience and ongoing professional development are required.
Utilizes office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Physical demands include lifting objects up to 30 pounds and physical mobility.
Skills include communication, active listening, reasoning, time management, and independent work capability.
Works in a temperature-controlled, accessible environment, with potential for stressful situations.
Maintains reliable attendance, adheres to dress code and conduct standards, and may work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.
Supports a diverse, inclusive work environment and may perform additional duties as assigned.
