This role serves as a resource, consultant, and educator in care coordination and wound management for patients needing clinical wound care expertise.
Key responsibilities include acting as a lead clinician for wound interventions, providing clinical oversight, ensuring accurate wound assessment and documentation, supporting optimal outcomes, and managing wound product utilization.
Contributes to policy development, staff education, quality improvement initiatives, and product selection.
Maintains professional standards, certifications, and compliance, while fostering collaboration across departments and community outreach.
Qualifications include a nursing degree (ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL), recent clinical or home health experience, active RN license, wound care certification within 6 months, and reliable transportation.
The position offers a salary range of $87,318 – $157,289 and emphasizes a supportive, growth-oriented work environment.
