We are seeking a manager to oversee daily operations of a hospital department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develops departmental goals, standards, and objectives supporting the organization’s strategic vision.
Manages staff relations, including performance management, recruitment, training, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations, overseeing supplies and equipment needs.
Assesses patient care quality and coordinates services with staff, physicians, and other departments; may provide direct patient care.
Fosters a professional growth environment and integrates evidence-based practices into operations.
Ensures regular attendance and performs additional duties as assigned.
