– Oversee and coordinate the delivery of patient care during hours Resident Med pass

– Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

– Conduct rounds to monitor residents’ conditions and address any immediate health concerns.

– Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care.

– Manage administrative tasks, including staffing, scheduling, and documentation.

– Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

– Respond to emergencies and provide acute care as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.59 – $30.82 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
