Job Description

Seeking a Weekend RN with a $5,000 signing bonus and annual salary of $65,000–$75,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home-based care for patients post-discharge with illnesses or chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Perform assessments, document progress, and communicate changes.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and safety.
  • Coordinate patient discharge and ensure care goals are met.

    • Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Active RN license in South Carolina or multi-state license.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare, Med/Surg, or Critical Care.
