Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN – Telemetry to join our healthcare team in Chandler, AZ. This position offers a weekly pay rate of $2,206.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and interpreting patient cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Providing comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Responding promptly to patient emergencies and alarms
• Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately

• Strong knowledge of telemetry and cardiac monitoring
