Job Description
Seeking a qualified ultrasound technologist to perform high-quality imaging procedures in a safe, respectful environment.
Requires graduation from an approved ultrasound program and ARDMS accreditation, with BLS within 90 days.
Preferred two years of hospital experience, but training is available.
Must be skilled in OB/GYN, abdominal, vascular, and pediatric ultrasounds, and capable of multitasking including patient handling and emergency response.
Responsibilities include verifying patient identity, ensuring patient comfort, maintaining safety protocols, performing biopsies, and communicating findings accurately.
Must be willing to take after-hours and weekend call, and be available within 30 minutes for STAT procedures.
Demonstrates teamwork, leadership, and adherence to quality standards in all ultrasound studies to support optimal patient care.
