A travel Physical Therapist position in Indianapolis, Indiana, for a 13-week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Starting ASAP, part-time hours, with an estimated pay of $23.00 – $40.00/hour plus tax-free stipends for housing and meals of $900 – $1,400/week.

Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, using Matrix EMR; facility uses Epic system.
