Job Description
A travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist position in Fort Morgan, Colorado, starting 07/31/2025 for 13 weeks, 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts.
Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing setting, helping patients recover and manage chronic conditions.
Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and an active state license. BLS certification may be required.
