Provide comprehensive patient care for individuals under telemetry monitoring, ensuring safety and stability.
Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret data, and respond promptly to abnormalities.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to protocols and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and coordinate with team members.
Prior telemetry experience and current RN licensure required.
