Seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Telemetry for a temporary 26-week contract in Anaheim, California.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and related services.
Monitor patient vital signs, interpret telemetry data, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Possess current RN licensure, CPR certification, and relevant telemetry experience.
