Job Description

Seeking a qualified RN for a Surgical ICU Stepdown position in Vineland, New Jersey. This temporary role requires experienced nursing professionals to provide specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to less acute units. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent assessment abilities, and the capability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical ICU stepdown patients, ensuring optimal recovery and safety.

  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions in accordance with medical guidelines.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Must have valid RN license and relevant ICU or stepdown experience. Prior experience in surgical ICU settings preferred.
