Seeking a dedicated RN for a Surgical ICU Stepdown position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Provide specialized nursing care to postoperative and critically ill surgical patients in a stepdown unit.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong critical thinking and communication skills.
