Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Med Surg and Telemetry for a temporary position in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, monitoring vital signs and managing patient treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout hospitalization.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Must have current RN license and relevant clinical experience in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
