Seeking a dedicated RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Savannah, Georgia. This temporary position offers a 22-week contract, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your clinical skills in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg and Telemetry environment.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient needs promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Ideal candidates will have active RN licensure, prior Med Surg/Telemetry experience, and strong communication skills.
