Seeking a skilled RN for a 13-week temporary Med Surg position in Marquette, Michigan.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting.
Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and coordinate with healthcare team members.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while delivering quality patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
