Seeking a dedicated RN for a 13-week temporary Med Surg position in Kalispell, Montana.
Provide direct patient care in a busy medical-surgical unit, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and respond to emergencies promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Require Montana RN licensure, BLS certification, and prior Med Surg experience.
