Seeking an RN specialized in Med Surg for a temporary 13-week contract in Goldsboro, North Carolina.
Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg unit, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses.
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members and patients.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
