Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) for a temporary 13-week contract in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans.
Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Maintain high standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment.
